What this site is

The site is a catalogue and technical information service for trade buyers. Browsing it does not create an account, an order, or a sale. Prices are not displayed. A “Request a Quote” submission is an enquiry, not an offer we are bound to accept.

A contract to supply goods arises only when we issue a written quotation that you accept, or when we accept a written purchase order, on the commercial terms stated in that document.

Use of the site

You may use the site to review published product data and to send an enquiry. You must not:

• Attempt to break, overload, or probe the site or its forms.
• Submit false contact details or content you do not have the right to send.
• Copy the site in bulk for a competing catalogue without our written permission.
• Present 3D views, diagrams, or photographs as certified construction drawings.

Product information and 3D views

Specifications, load classes, and dimensions are published in good faith from current factory data. They can change. Confirm figures against the quotation and any drawing we issue for a named project before you specify or install.

Interactive 3D models are representative visualisations. They are not to scale, not BIM or CAD files, and not a substitute for installation drawings. Technical diagrams on the site are also marked as not to scale.

Knowledge Centre articles are general technical explanation. They are not project-specific design, structural, or waterproofing advice.

Standards language

Products are described as manufactured to comply with EN 1433, EN 1253 and applicable BIS standards. Third-party certification and CE marking are in progress and are not claimed on this site. See Compliance for the current status.

Intellectual property

Site text, layout, product names, photographs of our plant and products, diagrams, and 3D scenes are owned by us or used under licence. You may not reuse them for commercial purposes without written permission, except for fair dealing allowed by the Copyright Act, 1957.

Environment photographs are context only. They are not photographs of WTI installations and must not be republished as such.

Enquiries

By sending the contact form you confirm that the details are accurate and that we may process them as described in the Privacy Policy. We will try to reply within a reasonable time. We are not obliged to quote for every enquiry.

Liability

The site is provided as published. To the extent Indian law allows, we are not liable for loss arising only from use of the website, from reliance on a 3D visualisation, or from a delay in answering an enquiry. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Liability for goods we actually supply is governed by the written supply contract for that order, and by applicable law including the Sale of Goods Act, 1930 and, where it applies, the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at New Delhi have jurisdiction, without limiting any non-excludable rights you have under Indian consumer law.
