Who is responsible

Window Techs India Private Limited (“we”, “us”), operating the WTI Drains brand, is the data fiduciary for personal data collected through this website.

What we collect, and why

This site is a manufacturer catalogue and enquiry channel. It does not create accounts, take payments, or run advertising profiles. We only collect what is needed to answer a specification or quote request.

• Name and email (required) - so we can identify you and reply.
• Company and phone (optional) - so we can reach the right person on a project.
• Project / requirements text and subject line (optional) - so we can send the relevant product data.
• Consent record - the enquiry form requires you to agree to this use before submit.

We do not ask for date of birth, government ID, payment card numbers, or precise location. Please do not send those in the message field.

Our hosting provider may automatically receive technical data such as IP address, browser type, and requested URL as part of delivering the page. We do not use that data to build advertising profiles, and we do not run advertising or social-media pixels on this site. If you accept analytics on the cookie banner, Vercel Web Analytics also receives page-view data (URL, referrer, browser, device, country) so we can see which catalogue pages are used. Rejecting analytics prevents that script from loading. See the Cookie Policy.

Lawful basis

Enquiry data is processed on the basis of your consent, given by the required checkbox on the contact form. You may withdraw consent by emailing info@wtidrains.com. Withdrawal does not affect processing already completed in order to reply to you.

Page-view measurement (Vercel Analytics) is processed only if you accept it on the cookie banner. You can reject it then, or change the choice later from Cookie preferences in the footer.

We may retain a limited record where Indian law requires it (for example if an enquiry becomes a commercial contract or a tax record).

Who receives the data

We do not sell personal data. We share enquiry details only with:

• Staff of Window Techs India Private Limited who handle quotes and specification support.
• ATTAINMACH33 LLP, which operates this website.
• Cloudflare, which runs the contact-form Worker that stores the enquiry and sends the notification email via Google Workspace (Gmail). Their servers may be outside India.
• Vercel Inc., which hosts the website and, if you accept analytics, processes page-view measurement. Their servers may be outside India.

If you download the product brochure, that file is served from windowtechs.co.in, a related Window Techs site, and that host will see the request.

Google Maps opens only if you choose “Get directions”. That is a separate Google service under Google’s own terms.

Where data is processed

We are based in India. Hosting and form delivery may involve processing outside India. We use those processors only to run the website and to receive enquiries.

How long we keep it

Enquiry emails are kept for as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable follow-up period on the same project, then deleted from active mailboxes unless a contract, dispute, or legal obligation requires a longer hold.

Your rights

Subject to the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may request access to, correction of, or erasure of personal data we hold, and you may withdraw consent. Write to info@wtidrains.com with the email address used in the enquiry. We will respond within the time the Act requires.

You may also complain to the Data Protection Board of India if you are not satisfied with our response.

Children

This website is for architects, specifiers, contractors, and other trade buyers. It is not directed at children. Do not submit a child’s personal data through the form.
