Window Techs has manufactured in India since 1993. WTI Drains is a new line from that house - polymer concrete and stainless drainage, produced at Mahindra World City, Jaipur.

Window Techs India Private Limited was founded by Mr. Vishal Khandelwal in 1993 as a workshop in Faridabad, and incorporated as a private limited company in 18 July 2011. Fire curtains and fire doors (BÖLDT), hospital systems, shading and architectural hardware all come from that house. WTI Drains is the newest line - not a new company with a new factory.

From a Faridabad workshop to Jaipur.
The dates below follow the published Window Techs company history. WTI Drains arrives at the end of that line, on the Jaipur floor.

1993
The beginning - Faridabad
Mr. Vishal Khandelwal founded Window Techs as a home-furnishing workshop, making premium curtains and curtain-track systems. A small team, manufacturing in India from the first order.

1998
Healthcare
The range moved into hospitals - cubicle curtains and clinical track systems - the start of a healthcare line that still sits in the Window Techs house.

2005
Insulated glass blinds
Sealed, dust-free blind systems for residential and commercial interiors. Another product designed and built in-house rather than imported and relabelled.

2010
Fire and smoke curtains
Window Techs began manufacturing fire and smoke curtain systems in India, later grouped under the BÖLDT brand with fire doors. Passive fire protection became a core line, not a trading activity.

2011
Incorporated
Window Techs India Private Limited was incorporated on 18 July 2011. The manufacturing history is older than the company on paper - 1993 on the floor, 2011 on the CIN.

2015
Hospital infrastructure
Nurse-call and pneumatic tube systems joined the hospital portfolio, alongside cubicle curtains already in production.

2018
JAM - picture hanging
A picture-hanging rail system launched as its own brand in the same house - architectural hardware, still manufactured rather than merely distributed.

2022
Independent testing - fire products
Window Techs fire and smoke curtains were independently tested at Efectis in Turkey and verified with TÜV against EN 1634-1. That certification belongs to the fire-curtain line. It is not a claim about WTI Drains.

2026
Jaipur plant, and WTI Drains
A Window Techs manufacturing site opened at Mahindra World City, Jaipur - 111,000 sft at Dadiya Narsinghpura. Fire-rated and architectural doors are produced there. So is WTI Drains: polymer concrete channel bodies and stainless gratings, made on that floor - not just assembled from imported parts.

WTI Drains
Drainage, new to the house
Polymer concrete exterior channels, stainless indoor drains, and balcony tile-insert systems. Built to EN 1433 and EN 1253. Third-party certification is in progress.

MADE IN INDIA
Not just assembled. Made in India.
The polymer concrete channel bodies and the stainless gratings are produced at the Jaipur plant. Lead times, tolerances and cost sit under one roof - the usual import wait and landed-cost problem of European polymer concrete, without the European factory.
