wtidrains.com does not sell products or collect payment. Refunds, if any, are handled under the written supply contract for an order placed with Window Techs India Private Limited.

This website is not a shop
You cannot pay on this site. There is no cart, no checkout, and no digital product for sale. The brochure download is free. Sending a quote request does not take money and does not need a refund.
The Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 that apply to online sellers therefore do not apply to this website as an e-commerce marketplace or inventory e-commerce entity, because no sale is concluded here.
When goods are actually supplied
Drainage products are sold by Window Techs India Private Limited under a written quotation or purchase order. That document (and any warranty issued with it) governs price, delivery, inspection, and return.
- Change of mind on unused goods - only if the order terms allow it. Made-to-order or cut lengths are typically not returnable once production has started.
- Damaged or non-conforming goods - report them in writing within the inspection period stated in the order. We will repair, replace, or credit as the order and applicable law require.
- Advance payments - refundable only as the written order states, or as Indian law requires.
Where a buyer is a “consumer” under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, statutory rights on defective goods are not displaced by this page. Most WTI Drains buyers are trade specifiers and contractors purchasing in the course of business.
